Game over..

yesterday marked the end of bersatu games 08 in welly. had the closing dinner in westpac stadium, corporate box. great to have a chance to be in the place which cost few thousands dollars for annual fee and we went there just for 50 bux!

dinner was alrite. great job msha.. great job to all the committees and crews as well. congrats! i know there was a few technical difficulties but yeah as aunty rose said expect the unexpected. maybe u guys should prepare a back up plan or something. other than that, video presentations were cool..food was ok. nasi jek la tak masak sgt.haha..anyway it was better than previous years in which i dont think bersatu dinner was worth d amount we paid.

overall, wmso is very unlucky this year. from the weather to the mgmt to the games. i know there are a lot of spontaneous decisions and stuffs that the committees needed to make. in terms of finishing and following the schedule i think you guys did alrite. just a few matters that i think you guys should look at way before the event starts.

what im gona say here might be used as an improvement for any other future events =) as i am not involve in the managing process so i don really know how you guys handle everything but from what we as the public see it, i guess maybe korg tak handle the risk part well enough. i know you guys cant control everything but yeah maybe have some back up plans or something. n i think medic team is not really good this year. you guys should have a spare car or van so that can bring the players to hospital asap. kesian la kat tuan punya kereta yg korg asyik pakai when in the first place you forced these people to pay transportation when in fact they do have their own cars. haih.. i know bout shortage of money n all..hey i pun involve in managing wmso's events before this.. well, this is one thing that you guys should think about lah..

it's also a bit unfair for wmso's contingent in which we dont have transport to go to changed venues. hey we paid transportation didnt we? den supporters pulak, some supporters really did pay 5bux tu, some didnt but used the buses as well.its unfair isnt it? i also dont like it when players are also those handling the games themselves. tak ke pening, u nk main u nak handle. always..always appoint someone else in handling. 1 person cant do 2 jobs at the same time..so i think that you guys should learn from these mistakes and do a much better job in years to come.

years before i tot in a way it will be an advantage for you to be the host bersatu. now i think its the opposite. not only we are busy handling the event, we have to play and support each other. altho this year's theme is "unity within diversity", i do not see any unity within our team itself. before this we wil be close with each other when we hang out in the backpackers and cook and have meals together. now? semua pun bgn n pergi from rumah masing2 and frankly speaking, i dont even know all 51 of wmso's team. hah..

i only can feel the spirit of bersatu on the 3rd day of the event. ramai gila supporters and everyone was so semangat cheering for wmso. before and after that? haih.. it will great enough if i can find 10 people to come and support wmso playing.. tu pun lps diajak2..isk isk..

sorry if i offended anyone with this post.. im just saying wat i think and what you guys should consider.. like wat ayer posted before this.."hear wat other people are saying"..

despite everthing, i would like to say congrats again to wmso for handling such a big event! i did enjoy it.. congrats to futsal, volley and handball teams for winning medals for wmso! you guys did great!

when the media team asked me few questions for their survey, one which asked is this bersatu better than the last? i answered, what was better last year might be worse this year, and wat was worse last year might be better this year. nobody is perfect kan? =)

out of all 4 years of bersatu i attended, i think i prefer bersatu games 2005 in auckland =)
